Become a Member At Dunloe Golf Club we are very glad to welcome new members at any time of year. We have a number of different categories of membership available to suit your situation. We have no joining fee at any time and discounted rates apply for those who join in the second half of the any year. Full Membership; is for those who wish to make full use of the golf facilities on a regular basis. This allows unlimited golf and entry to all competitions and voting rights. Reduced fee membership; is for those who play less than ten times a year but still wish to maintain their handicap in Dunloe and enjoy the camaraderie. Reduced fee members pay a half price green fee each time they play the course. Rookie Membership; is put in place to encourage new golfers who have never had an official handicap to join the club. It is available for their first year only. Rookie Members enjoy all the rights of Full Membership for a reduced fee. Country Membership; is for people whose normal place of residence is 40 miles or more away from Dunloe. They can avail of unlimited golf, entry to all competitions but limited voting rights. Family Membership; is for families who wish to play unlimited golf. There is no limit to the number of children, and two official handicaps are included in the price. Additional handicaps can be added for a €25 supplement. Junior Membership; is for those under 18 years of age on Jan 1st of each golfing year. A handicap is included and Junior competitions are provided. Junior golfers also receive a free locker in the clubhouse to facilitate travelling by bike / scooter. Juniors can also play in various senior competitions but conditions may apply. Student Membership; is for those school-leavers who are still in education. A student card is needed to verify this reduced rate. Students are entitled to full golfing privileges. For all members who join we recommend the purchase of optional personal golfsure insurance which is officially recognised and provides great personal cover at a reasonable price. Back to top
